Job Description
The incumbent serves as a primary advisor to the OBI Executive Director and Assistant Directors and must exercise significant program expertise. The incumbent will supervise subordinate staff and employee's work related to the specification, design, testing, evaluation, and deployment of reengineered positions, business processes, software applications and facilities.
