System Analyst (C#, TypeScript, JavaScript)

You will contribute to the entire project/system enhancement cycle, from the system's technical design, development, integration to UAT/stakeholder collaborations. You will work for a semi-governmental organization that plays a pivotal role in Hong Kong's innovation transformation.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders closely to capture requirements and provide advice on application design & development
Define the design of the applications, as well as the integration with other internal applications or e-Channels (e.g. mobile/web applications)
Liaise with external vendors on SDLC and project implementation
Establish system documentation and user guides
Requirements
Holder of Bachelor degree or above in IT or related disciplines
With 5+ years' relevant experience in an application development role
With practical hands‑on experience in C#/.NET, TypeScript, JavaScript
Good understanding of application architecture, SDLC, programming languages and SQL databases
Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English
Good stakeholder and project management skills
