Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile and forward-thinking Systems Analyst to lead the technical design and delivery of our enterprise solutions. As we scale, our technology environment is becoming increasingly diverse; we need a leader who is technology-agnostic in their problem-solving but grounded in strong development fundamentals.
In this role, you will be the "technical architect" who bridges business needs with engineering execution. You will manage high-performing remote/overseas development teams and champion the use of AI tools to drastically speed up the software development life cycle (SDLC). If you are comfortable navigating complex cloud environments and leading distributed squads, this is the role for you.
A Day in the Life
- System Analysis & Architecture: Analyze user requirements and design scalable, robust system architectures. You will create the blueprints (data models, API contracts, and logic flows) that our development teams will follow.
- Remote Team Management: Act as the primary technical lead for our remote and overseas development squads. You will be responsible for task delegation, code quality oversight, and ensuring that distributed teams stay aligned with project timelines.
- AI-Enhanced Productivity: Proactively integrate AI development tools and LLM-assisted workflows to accelerate documentation, code generation, and testing. You will lead the charge in "speeding things up" through automation.
- Multi-Platform Oversight: While our core foundations are built on modern frameworks, you will oversee applications across a diverse tech stack , ensuring seamless integration between legacy systems and new builds.
- Cloud & Infrastructure Strategy: Manage and deploy solutions across a variety of cloud environments. You will ensure our applications are optimized for performance and security regardless of the hosting platform.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain a high standard of technical specifications, system diagrams, and user training materials.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Core Requirements (The Foundation):
- Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on background in both Java (Spring Boot) and JavaScript (NodeJS, React, and Vue.js). While you may not code 100% of the time, you must be able to perform deep-dive code reviews in these languages.
- Systems Analysis: 4+ years of experience in system analysis and design, with the ability to turn vague business ideas into concrete technical specs.
- Team Leadership: Proven experience managing or leading remote/overseas development teams . You know how to manage productivity across different time zones and cultures.
Multi-Cloud Expertise:
- Familiarity with a broad range of cloud platforms, including:
- Global Clouds: AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Regional & Public Clouds: AliCloud and Tencent Cloud.
- Sector-Specific Clouds: Experience with GCIS (Government Cloud) or HA Cloud is a significant advantage.
Innovation & Tools:
- AI-Driven Development: Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Copilot, or similar) to improve development efficiency.
- DevOps & Security: Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, and Nginx. A solid understanding of Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SRAA) processes.
