Lead Technical Engineer
Lead and participate in system development, deployment, and support for enterprise and FinTech applications, including trade finance, digital currency, and cross‑border DLT connectivity.
Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements; design, code, test, debug, and implement solutions.
Manage project scope, progress, cost, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure timely delivery.
Oversee vendor management and provide project status reports through data analysis and trend monitoring.
Deploy, operate, and manage Red Hat OpenShift Container Platforms and cloud infrastructure.
Direct CI/CD workflows, DevOps practices, and lifecycle management of enterprise systems.
Ensure system security, performance, and compliance with governance frameworks.
Provide occasional after‑hours system support and handle ad‑hoc tasks or projects.
Collaborate closely with teammates to achieve overall team objectives.
Requirements
University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; higher degree preferred.
Minimum 5–6 years of experience in system development and IT project management.
Strong expertise in:
Programming & Frameworks: Java, Spring Boot (Security, Data, MyBatis, JPA), NodeJS, TypeScript.
Architecture & Platforms: Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Terraform, Ansible.
Databases: Oracle RAC, PL/SQL, MySQL.
CI/CD & DevOps Tools: Gradle, GitLab, Jenkins, Nginx, Tomcat.
Messaging & Caching: RabbitMQ, Redis.
Testing Tools: JUnit, Playwright, Jest, or similar.
Blockchain & Security: Hyperledger, Ethereum, symmetric/asymmetric encryption, SSL/TLS protocols.
Monitoring & Logging: ELK Stack.
Hands‑on experience with cloud technologies and API integration (RESTful/SOAP).
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and technical writing skills.
Strong communication skills in English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while demonstrating leadership in cross‑functional teams.
Enthusiasm for learning and applying new technologies.
Candidate with more experience would consider as Senior System Analyst.
