Job Description
Analyze business processes, identify problem areas of systems and recommend solutions
Collaborate with various stakeholders and conduct user requirements gathering, system analysis, design and development
Prepare systems design specifications in accordance with business needs
Prepare project schedule and resources requirements; manage requirements and monitor the project progress throughout project life cycles
Conduct SIT and support UAT to ensure the enhanced systems meet the requirement specifications
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers
Prepare documentation and technical specifications
Job Requirement
Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience
Experience in Java/J2EE, .NET Core, XML, JSON, Spring, Hibernate, Angular, Jasper Report or Restful API and web-based software development
Solid Experience in ReactJS, Vue.js/Node.js and Restful API integration (For Frontend)
Familiar with MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB or other databases
Knowledge of AIX, Websphere, JBoss EAP, MongoDB, Mobile App development will be an advantage
Experience in leading small software development team
Good analytical mind and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Analyst Programmer
