To cope with expanding project demands and ongoing system enhancement initiatives, they are now looking for an experienced
System Analyst
to join their professional IT team.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of enterprise application projects, contribute to
AI-enabled system initiatives , and work closely with cross-functional and offshore teams.
Job Responsibilities
Lead system analysis, application design, and development of enterprise-level IT systems
Translate business and user requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions
Provide technical leadership and guidance to offshore development teams
Deliver production support, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and defect resolution
Perform system configuration, customization, and performance monitoring
Support system rollout, deployment, and post-implementation operations
Plan and execute SIT, UAT, integration testing, and system tuning
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and related deliverables
Provide onsite user support when required
Job Requirements
Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years in a System Analyst role
At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in web application development and maintenance using the .NET framework
Minimum 1 year of experience in AI application system implementation
Proven experience in requirements analysis, system design, and solution delivery
Solid programming skills in JavaScript, .NET (C#), and Python
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Good command of written English and fluent spoken Cantonese and English
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Government projects with exposure to PRINCE2 methodology
Hands‑on experience with Docker (2+ years preferred)
Practical experience in Linux environments (2+ years preferred)
