Senior System Analyst / Tech Lead (Java/Python/ AI) - Multiple headcount

Hands-on Tech Delivery & SA:
Own the full development lifecycle; conduct technical system analysis, workflow mapping, write production-ready code, design robust APIs, and build the enterprise-level scaffolding around AI capabilities.
AI & Workflow Automation:
Lead the integration design for enterprise OCR solutions, data extraction models, and intelligent document processing systems, connecting data models to existing microservices.
Vendor & Offshore Governance:
Manage, govern, and coordinate offshore vendors and regional development teams to ensure software deliverables meet strict quality, architecture, and timeline standards.
Multi-Project Execution:
Simultaneously lead 3–4 parallel technical development projects, balancing high-level architecture design with daily hands-on implementation and troubleshooting.
Production Excellence (BAU):
Provide robust system analysis support for core platforms, ensuring high availability, containerized scalability (MLOps), and technical risk mitigation within a fast-paced environment.
Stakeholder Navigation:
Act as the central technical anchor to align development teams, cloud engineers, and business stakeholders, navigating corporate dynamics smoothly under pressure.
Core Languages (Mandatory):
Strong engineering foundation and production-level proficiency in
both Java and Python .
Cloud & AI Innovation:
Practical implementation knowledge of
Azure or AWS
cloud environments, paired with
OpenAI / Copilot
integration experience for building intelligent automation.
Architecture & Infrastructure:
Solid hands-on experience with containerization ( Docker / Kubernetes ), API/Microservices design, standard Workflow Tools, and
SAG (Software AG / webMethods)
environments.
Application Focus:
Proven experience designing, supporting, or scaling document imaging, data extraction, or automated processing systems.
Key Requirements
Track Record:
Proven experience acting as a Senior SA, Senior Engineer, or Technical Lead within
Large-scale Organizations or Top-tier Consultancies .
Project-Driven Mindset:
Highly structured, delivery-focused, and adept at handling shifting timelines and corporate politics with high resilience. (Note: Actual project implementation experience is highly valued over pure certifications).
Languages:
Exceptionally strong communication skills; fluent in
Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
to interface with local stakeholders and offshore teams effectively.
