System Engineering Program Manager (EPM) - Apple Vision Pro
Apple Vision Pro is a revolutionary spatial computer that seamlessly blends digital content with your physical space. It will allow us to do the things we love in ways never before possible all while staying connected to the people around us. We are looking for an experienced, highly technical EPM to join the team driving product definition, system engineering and integration/validation of a new product category. If you have broad experience across various key hardware enablers (e.g displays, cameras, sensors, wearables), a strong product/customer focus, experience guiding complex programs through the entire development process, and the ability to distill tradeoffs down to key factors and drive critical product decisions we'd love to hear from you.
As a System EPM, you will work closely with system engineering, electrical, mechanical, algorithm and software teams in VPG and across the company to define and develop highly optimized hardware products. You will be responsible for: Driving the cross-functional development of requirements and validation plan at product, system and module level, based on experience targets and technology constraints. Identifying the most critical questions and organizing teams to find efficient ways to get answers. Understanding the link between technical decisions for the system and customer experience and communicating impacts clearly and concisely. Driving resolution to architectural/integration gaps to feed into subsequent engineering builds.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $166,600 and $296,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
