Overview Trilyon is seeking a motivated System Test Engineer to join our engineering team. The System Test Engineer will support the validation and testing of advanced battery systems by executing laboratory testing, analyzing test results, ensuring compliance with industry quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams. The System Test Engineer will play a key role in battery validation, data analysis, laboratory coordination, and technical reporting while maintaining compliance with established testing procedures. Job Description The System Test Engineer will execute and coordinate laboratory testing activities for advanced battery systems and embedded software validation. This role involves performing system testing, supervising external laboratory testing, analyzing test data, validating results, preparing technical reports, and ensuring compliance with industry quality standards including IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, laboratory testing experience, and an interest in battery systems, embedded software validation, and engineering test automation.
Key Responsibilities - Execute laboratory testing for advanced battery and embedded systems.
- Coordinate and supervise testing activities performed by external laboratories.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949:2016 and DIN EN ISO 9001 quality standards.
- Plan testing activities in collaboration with project teams and laboratory managers.
- Analyze, validate, and archive testing data received from internal and external laboratories.
- Verify the accuracy and compliance of battery testing procedures and results.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and test summaries.
- Support customer requirement clarification during engineering discussions.
- Execute testing procedures according to approved specifications.
- Monitor external laboratory testing to ensure adherence to project requirements.
- Process and evaluate engineering test data.
- Maintain laboratory documentation and testing records.
- Observe 5S workplace organization and safety standards.
- Assist engineering teams with continuous improvement of testing processes.
- Communicate testing progress and technical findings to project stakeholders.
Required Qualifications - 0 2 years of experience in System Testing, Computer System Validation, Embedded Software Validation, or related engineering disciplines.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work in laboratory and cross-functional engineering environments.
