Systems Analyst From Telecom W/ Development
This is a Solution Designer role blend of systems analysis and architecture, business analysis and development (expect to spend 60% of time doing technical work, 40% on BA activities).
Looking for this resource to drive the product solution through SDLC.
Must have strong soft skills as this role interfaces with several cross functional teams.
Should be a mid-senior level resource (5+ years exp.)
Candidate should have prior experience working as a developer and have knowledge of product deployment:
- Experience supporting web-based applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java and/or.NET technologies.
- Project is primarily focused on adding new functionality to existing OSS/BSS applications.
Must Have's:
- Systems and Business Analysis
- Architecture and previous development work experience in areas outlined above.
- At least 5 years of experience
- Proven ability documenting requirements and creating detailed designs.
