* Urgent - Senior Systems Analyst / Lead Java Web Developer

Reporting to the Team Head, the incumbent will oversee quality management activities within a large-scale technology platform project. This role is responsible for ensuring robust quality governance, effective vendor oversight, and continuous improvement of project processes and deliverables.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and build a new, scalable enterprise web application system from scratch.
Create highly responsive, user-friendly web frontends using PrimeFaces components.
Develop robust, secure system interfaces connecting the application with internal web systems.
Translate complex business requirements into feasible, high-performance technical designs following industry best practices.
Conduct thorough program unit tests, system integration tests (SIT), and high-volume load tests.
Configure, optimize, and maintain the application hosting environments.
Draft, update, and organize essential technical design documents, API specifications, and project manuals.
Perform additional technical and operational tasks assigned by management to ensure project success.
Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 4 years of progressive professional experience within the Information Technology sector, with experience in IT application development.
Strong experience in the technical skills as below:
(Candidates do not need to possess all the listed skills; experience in a few key areas is acceptable.)
Java Programming : JAVA coding skills with a deep understanding of enterprise web application architecture.
UI & Web Frameworks: Solid, proven experience in frontend web development using PrimeFaces components.
Application Frameworks: Practical knowledge of Java Application Frameworks such as Apache Struts.
Database Management: Strong proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL) and Microsoft SQL Server.
Linux Infrastructure: Hands-on experience in Linux Administration, specifically managing Red Hat Advanced Server or Red Hat Enterprise Linux .
Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Analyst Programmer position.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
