System Integrator
J5 Consulting is a Maryland based company established in 2006 to provide computing and consulting services for government and commercial entities. Our services improve Information System networking performance and compliance and protect electronic assets from loss and compromise. We are seeking a skilled System Integrator to support a mission-driven team within the Intelligence Community. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with the Sponsor's budget processes, data analysis, project scheduling, and resource management. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to develop use cases and MVIs, and proven success supporting both development and integration efforts. Required Skills and Demonstrated Experience:
- Demonstrated experience with the Sponsor's budget process and culture.
- Demonstrated experience tracking budgetary funds.
- Demonstrated experience successfully utilizing exceptional customer service working directly with business and technical customers to communicate organizational accomplishments, status and direction to stakeholders' at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated experience developing use cases that improve the ability to find information in a more timely fashion.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, requirements gathering, translations, and visualizing information in a clear way to explain the data at hand.
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing project schedules, utilizing MS Project to identify critical tasks, and EVM for overall project status.
- Demonstrated experience with resource allocation and optimizing resource assignments by identifying key resources and the right set of skill sets required for a project.
- Demonstrated experience developing Minimum Viable Increments (MVIs) based on requirements gathered.
- Demonstrated experience and background in Business/Financial areas.
- Demonstrated experience successfully utilizing written communication skills to produce publishable documents.
- Demonstrated experience with portfolio & resource management.
- Demonstrated experience working on both development and integration projects.
Highly Desired Skills and Demonstrated Experience:
- Demonstrated experience with Service Now.
- Demonstrated experience with the Sponsors on site customer domain.
- Demonstrated experience working in or with the Sponsors security component.
- Demonstrated experience working in and with the Sponsors security tools and processes.
This position requires US Citizenship. Verification of US Citizenship to meet federal government security requirements will be confirmed.
The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph. Clearance Verification: This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements. You will be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to an offer of employment.
This position is expected to be onsite. The position will be located within the Washington Metropolitan Area (WMA). Local travel/POV will be on an as needed basis, within the local place of performance.
