Systems Software Programmer Project Lead (.NET / Angular)
Location: Columbia, SC (Hybrid 3 days onsite) Duration: 12 Months (Extension Possible)
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale web applications using Microsoft.NET technologies
- Lead development of modular components and subsystems within large-scale systems
- Work on UI, business logic, database design, and web services
- Collaborate with architects and technical teams to define system specifications
- Review and enhance existing system design and code for performance and scalability
- Develop, test, and deploy applications across environments
- Participate in integration testing and production deployment activities
- Support source control, build management, and CI/CD processes
- Ensure adherence to security, performance, and scalability standards
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience designing and implementing medium to large-scale applications using MS.NET architecture
- 5+ years of experience developing data-driven applications using MS SQL Server
- 5+ years of experience building web-based applications using N-tier architecture, scalable systems, and complex security models
- 5+ years of experience with Angular (including version 19+)
- 3+ years of experience designing and implementing software components and subsystems
- Strong experience with:
- C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC
- Web Services / APIs
- JavaScript, jQuery
- Entity Framework
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Child Support Enforcement Systems or South Carolina New Hire systems
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Experience with performance, security, and regression testing tools

- Microsoft Visual Studio 2017/2019
- MS SQL Server 2016/2019 & Reporting Services
- TFS (Team Foundation Server)
- Angular, AngularJS, PrimeNG
- Windows Server / IIS / Active Directory
- PowerShell scripting

- Ability to explain design decisions and system architecture
