We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Program Engineering Manager (PEM) II to lead the engineering execution of critical Tactical Data Link (TDL) programs within our Adaptive Communications & Sensing (AC&S) product line. Based in Wayne, NJ, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions that empower our customers and safeguard our nation. As PEM, you own the technical success of your programs, driving cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll be a key technical leader, bridging the gap between engineering, program management, and executive leadership. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the technical vision, proactively mitigating risks, and ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge capabilities. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $153377 - $260743 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
