What will you do as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner at Sealed Air?
As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner at Sealed Air, you will collaborate closely with HR Partners and Business Leaders to identify critical hiring needs and build a strong pipeline of passive candidates. You will manage and coordinate all candidate communications, including screening, feedback, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Additionally, you will take full ownership of the recruiting process, from requisition approval to onboarding, optimizing efficiency and alignment with business goals. This role will also focus on enhancing the candidate experience while supporting hiring managers in making informed talent decisions. Ultimately, you will contribute to Sealed Air’s success by attracting and securing top talent that is aligned with our strategic objectives.

· Leverage all direct recruitment channels, including internal and external job resources, social media, employee referral programs, lead generation sources, alumni networks, professional associations, conferences, and industry events.
· Take ownership of the recruiting process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers from requisition approval to onboarding.
· Provide ongoing support to hiring managers and HR as needed.
· Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to identify ideal candidate requirements, establish sourcing strategies, align on recruiting processes, and determine communication methods and frequency.
· Conduct phone screenings with candidates and provide structured feedback to hiring managers based on the agreed-upon communication plan.
· Present an overview of Sealed Air’s business, employee benefits, and professional development opportunities, creating a compelling vision for potential candidates.
· Arrange and facilitate interviews, collect feedback, and coordinate post-interview debriefs with hiring managers for all active positions.
· Partner with HR, Compensation, and Hiring Managers to develop and communicate competitive job offers to candidates.
· Work closely with HR and Hiring Managers to gather and provide timely post-screen and post-interview feedback to candidates.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date hiring documentation for all requisitions, interviews, and candidates within SuccessFactors (ATS) to ensure an audit-ready posture at all times.
· Continuously improve all stages of the candidate and hiring manager experience by identifying opportunities, recommending solutions, and contributing to implementation efforts.
What do you need to succeed in this role?
· There are no education or year of experience restrictions.
Advanced level of Portuguese, Spanish and English required
