TD Software Engineer I (Java/Python/Golang)

Become a Software Engineer I for TD in Toronto, mastering Java, Python, and Golang in a hybrid work model. Spend four days in the office each week.
As part of TD’s software team, you will develop features essential to lending and credit journeys. To qualify, candidates should have 2-3 years of related experience and a capacity for both independent work and team collaboration. Your responsibilities will include software delivery, debugging, and improving coding standards within an Agile framework.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build, design, and implement features for lending solutions
• Ensure high-quality code is maintainable and testable
• Participate in Agile processes such as sprint reviews
• Own full delivery from design to production
• Address issues systematically using analytics
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 2-3 years of software development experience
• Proficiency in Java and Python; familiarity with Golang preferred
• Experience with CI/CD processes and debugging tools
• Excellent communication for technical explanations
