Responsibilities Lead a team of engineers, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Facilitate agile processes and align team efforts with product goals. Mentor team members and support their professional growth. Requirements 5-8 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Strong background in C#, SQL, AWS, and scalable system design. Experience with APIs, microservices, Git, Docker, and CI/CD. Bonus Skills Familiarity with Golang or Node.js.
