Job Role- Lead and manage a team handling Java application development and production support.
- Majority involvement in development activities along with support ownership.
- Handle and resolve L3-level technical queries and escalations.
- Work on multiple applications hosted for transaction processing systems.
- Design and implement application and architecture solutions.
- Develop and maintain web applications, REST APIs, microservices, and core Java applications.
- Build and optimize stored procedures using Oracle PL/SQL.
- Handle multi-threaded, high-volume, mission-critical transaction processing systems.
- Manage and guide a team that monitors critical application transaction statuses.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor team members.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for requirements, delivery, and issue resolution.
