Tech Lead with C#/Python

12+ years of overall IT experience with strong background in enterprise automation and platform modernisation.
Proven experience leading large-scale WinBatch or legacy automation migration programs to C# / .NETStrong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, and Windows-based automation design and execu tion.
Deep understanding of WinBatch scripting and translation of WinBatch logic into scalable C# implementations Ownership of automation solution design, coding standards, logging, exception handling, and retry mechanisms. Strong experience with MS SQL, including data modelling considerations and validation of automation outputs. Working knowledge of Python for supporting utilities, scripts, or data handling where required. Strong experience handling JSON-based inputs/outputs and configuration-driven automation design. Ability to design and govern batch processing, file handling, schedulers, and service-based automations. Experience working with CI/CD pipelines to support build, validation, and deployment of automation solutions. Hands-on experience reviewing automation quality gates and static analysis outputs in CI/CD pipelines.
Strong proficiency with GIT repositories for version control, branching strategy, and release management. Lead technical design reviews and ensure consistency across multiple PODs. Guide developers and testers on automation standards, best practices, and reusable patterns. Ensure functional parity and controlled behaviors during WinBatch to C# conversion. Act as the primary technical interface with Client stakeholders. Provide technical risk assessment, mitigation plans, and delivery status to clients and leadership. Ensure compliance with healthcare and enterprise governance standards. Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models with multi-POD execution.
