About the roleAsTech Lead / Senior Full-Stack Engineer , you will take technical ownership of our core platform. You will play a key role in shaping architecture, improving scalability, and setting development standards while remaining hands-on in building features.
You’ll work closely with product, operations, and leadership, and help guide other engineers as the team grows. This is a highly impactful role where technical decisions directly influence patient experience and business growth.
What you’ll do- Take ownership of the technical architecture and codebase
- Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions
- Lead by example with clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Make pragmatic technical decisions and trade-offs
- Improve developer workflows, tooling, and system reliability
- Collaborate closely with product, customer success, and leadership
- Mentor and support other engineers as the team expands
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience as a full-stack or backend-focused engineer
- Comfortable taking technical ownership and responsibility
- Strong experience with modern web stacks (frontend & backend)
- You think in systems, scalability, xgiwjmb and long-term maintainability
- Proactive, independent, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Based in the Netherlands
