About the role
What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of 20+ developers, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from design to deployment and maintenance.
- Design and optimize database structures and queries using SQL Server, CosmosDB, or similar technologies.
- Conduct code reviews, implement best practices, and ensure code quality across the team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.
Requirements :
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack development, specializing in Angular and.NET technologies.
- Extensive expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework.
- Proficient in front-end development with Angular 16+, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of database management systems, optimization techniques, and cloud platforms like Azure (e.g., Azure Stream Analytics, Service Bus).
- Proven leadership in managing large development teams (20+ members) and mentoring junior developers.
- Advanced English proficiency and a strong skill set, including.NET, Android, APIs, Azure, C#, JavaScript, cloud solutions, and information security architecture.
- Hard Skills:.NET, Android, Angular 6, API's, Azure, C#, Cloud Solution - Azure, Communication, DBA, Information Security Architect, JavaScript.
- English proficiency
Nice to have
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and API design
