Senior Tech Lead Full Stack (Next.js / React / Python / AWS) – Barcelona

What will you do?

• Develop and maintain modern web applications using Next.js and React.
• Design and implement responsive user interfaces with Tailwind CSS.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs built with FastAPI.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Python.
• Ensure code quality through testing and best development practices.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Optimize applications for scalability, performance, and security.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to other developers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working with Next.js and React.
• Solid experience building scalable applications with Python.
• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
• Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS and responsive UI development.
• Experience with testing frameworks and automated testing practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Good knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ECharts, Chart.js, or Recharts.
• GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines.
• Docker and containerized environments.
• Serverless architectures.
• SonarCloud or Snyk.
• TurboRepo and monorepo environments.
