Senior Tech Lead Full Stack (Next.js / React / Python / AWS) - Barcelona
At INNOIT, we are looking for a Senior Tech Lead Full Stack to join an innovative technology-driven project working with modern web architectures and cloud-native solutions.
What will you do?
- Develop and maintain modern web applications using Next.js and React.
- Design and implement responsive user interfaces with Tailwind CSS.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs built with FastAPI.
- Develop and maintain backend services using Python.
- Ensure code quality through testing and best development practices.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Optimize applications for scalability, performance, and security.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to other developers.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working with Next.js and React.
- Solid experience building scalable applications with Python.
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
- Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS and responsive UI development.
- Experience with testing frameworks and automated testing practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Good knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ECharts, Chart.js, or Recharts.
- GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines.
- Docker and containerized environments.
- Serverless architectures.
- SonarCloud or Snyk.
- TurboRepo and monorepo environments.
- Storybook.
