We are seeking a Technical lead (hands-on Architect and Engineering Leader) to lead on a complex modernisation programme.
\Technology Engineering Leadership: You have a proven track record of leading complex software engineering engagements. You excel at navigating enterprise-scale problem-solving, turning technical challenges into opportunities. \You bring a bias for technical delivery and are ready to roll up your sleeves when it matters, helping teams succeed. \Quality Advocate: You take personal pride in the integrity of your work. You champion quality assurance, security, and performance as a mindset - ensuring the solutions we build for clients are robust, reliable, and respected. \Industry Stewardship: You are a lifelong learner who keeps a pulse on industry standards, emerging software engineering patterns, platforms, and best practices. \Engineering: Full stack experience across several languages & data including; Java and React. An advanced understanding of engineering practices such as pair programming, TDD, security by design, observability, resiliency and disaster recovery, AI use in development with tools like CoPilot/Claude, and a general shift left approach. \Cloud Experience: You possess expertise across the Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud ecosystem, adopting cloud-native approaches like serverless and event-driven architectures, and managing diverse Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) workloads.
