Responsibilities
- Design and implement software modules to be developed
- Carry out or contribute to the overall technical design of the system
- Develop, monitor and ensure the reliability of implementations
- Act as a technical liaison to support Technical Managers in upskilling developers
- Raise alerts as early as possible
- Deploy to production, industrialize and integrate solutions
- Provide maintenance and technical support
- Participate in various studies and estimate development effort and workloads
- Serve as a technical reference for all or part of the application depending on acquired experience
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Developer / Tech Lead (Java)
- Experience in retail banking or insurance
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Familiarity with: Java, Angular, React, Hibernate, Spring, Spring MVC, Web API, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PostgreSQL, SQL Server
- Fluency in English
- Practical experience with Agile methodologies
Demonstrates extensive experience in software design and implementation, particularly in Java and Agile environments, while providing technical support and acting as a liaison for developer upskilling. Proficient in deploying and maintaining reliable software solutions in the retail banking or insurance sectors.
