Tech Lead Java/ Angular

Required experience and type of company: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Excellent communication skills in English (fluent).Proven experience as a Technical Senior Manager or similar leadership role in software development. Strong technical background in Java and Spring framework. Experience working on complex international projects, preferably with US-based clients. Knowledge and practical experience with AI platforms to accelerate development processes. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Main activities, responsibilities, and scope of the position: Lead and oversee Nearshore software development projects for US clients, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards. Manage cross-functional teams in an international environment, fostering collaboration and communication. Utilize technical expertise in Java and Spring to guide development efforts and solve complex technical challenges. Drive the adoption and integration of AI platforms and tools to enhance development efficiency and innovation. Apply Specification-Driven Development (SDD) methodologies to improve project outcomes and maintain alignment with client requirements. Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and security protocols. Mentor and develop team members, promoting continuous learning and technical excellence.
