r?Senior Tech Lead with proven experience in Java/Angular environment
s.Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate a team of developers (approx. 8), taking ownership of architecture, technology choices, problem resolution, and ensuring technical qualit
y.Experience in the maintenance and evolution of complex application landscapes (10+ applications within an SSE scope
).Strong collaboration skills, working directly with Application Managers and business teams, particularly with Paris-based stakeholder
s.Solid expertise in Java (8+, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Hibernate
).Proficiency in Angular (8+
).Experience with databases such as MySQL and Oracl
e.Knowledge of middleware/platforms like Gigaspaces 16, Kafka, and WSO
2.Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices (Git, Docker, Jenkins) and other relevant technologies (Apache, Tomcat, ServiceNow
).Ability to understand and write functional and technical specifications, perform functional analysis, and conduct incident/anomaly analysi
s.Fluent in French (B2/C1) for direct communication and meetings, with good command of English (B1
).Availability to work in a hybrid model, 2-3 days per week in our Lisbon office (Parque das Nações
