Tech Lead Java Developer

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Technical Lead (Java React) to drive the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.
• The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on leader with strong expertise across Java backend and React frontend, capable of guiding teams, making architectural decisions, and ensuring high quality end‑to‑end delivery.
• Lead the design and development of full stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code guidance to development teams. Architect and implement scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Design and develop responsive, high‑performance UI components using React, Redux, and Context APIs.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive end‑to‑end application architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and enforce best practices and coding standards.
• Lead production support, incident resolution, and performance tuning activities.
• Contribute to and oversee CI/CD pipelines, releases, and deployments.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, UX/UI, and cross‑functional teams for integrated delivery.
• Strong experience with SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and working knowledge of NoSQL (MongoDB preferred) and DevOps.

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
