Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Technical Lead (Java React) to drive the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on leader with strong expertise across Java backend and React frontend, capable of guiding teams, making architectural decisions, and ensuring high quality end‑to‑end delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of full stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code guidance to development teams.
- Architect and implement scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Design and develop responsive, high-performance UI components using React, Redux Context APIs.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive end‑to‑end application architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and enforce best practices and coding standards.
- Lead production support, incident resolution, and performance tuning activities.
- Contribute to and oversee CI/CD pipelines, releases, and deployments.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, UXUI, and cross‑functional teams for integrated delivery.
Required Technical Skills
- Backend (Java) – Strong hands‑on experience with Java 8, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security; expertise in microservices architecture, distributed systems, REST API development, integration, and performance optimization; working knowledge of Hibernate JPA (ORM frameworks).
- Frontend (React) – Strong experience with React.js, Hooks, functional components; experience with state management (Redux Context API); proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
