Job Description
- Develop and maintain software components using Python 3 with strong object-oriented design principles.
- Design, maintain, and optimize build systems using CMake, Maven, and related tooling.
- Own and improve GitHub workflows (CI/CD pipelines, automation, quality gates).
- Manage dependency management, compiler/linker configurations, and build optimization.
- Ensure stable and reproducible builds across Linux-based environments.
- Troubleshoot complex build, integration, and toolchain issues.
- Define and enforce coding, build, and configuration standards.
- Mentor intermediate engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering or platform/build engineering including 3+ years of hands-on expertise with Objected Oriented Development. (Python3)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or any relevant discipline.
- Good to have C++ development experience.
- Good to have CMake, build systems, and compiler/linker toolchains
- Awareness of build pipeline and continuous integration and development
- Recommended to have Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions / workflows
- Strong understanding of Linux environments
- Proven leadership with strong communication and team management skills.
