Job Title: Tech Lead Python/AI Engineer

We at Coforge are hiring Tech Lead Python/AI Engineer with the following skill set.
Key Responsibilities

Raise and discuss trade-offs of different design approaches elaborating detailed design documents;
Improve and Abastract current functionalities into reusable Libraries;
Develop solution components in partnership with the Data team;
Participate in technical discussions with customer operations and Data team;
Follow Agile processes and participate actively in all development phases, fostering a culture of collaboration;
Lead a team of highly skilled developers into building cutting edge AI solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Python;
Experience with AWS Cloud (vpc, security groups, policies, ec2, rds, elasticache, cloudwatch, Bedrock, SageMaker);
Experience with Distributed Systems;
Experience with AI Systems;
Experience in Leading Software Development Teams;
Experience with Terraform or any IaC;
Github;
Linux environment.

Preferred Skills:

API Gateway concepts;
AWS Bedrock experience;
AWS SageMaker Experience;
Creating Python Libraries;
Experience with Jupyter Notebooks;
Experience with Data Science.
