Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design, architecture, and development initiatives.
- Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, promoting best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.
- Lead the development and deployment of Flutter mobile applications for iOS and Android.
- Drive enhancements to digital platforms, client-facing applications, and business systems.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and modern software engineering practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years of Flutter mobile development experience.
- Previous experience in a Tech Lead or similar leadership role.

- Flutter (iOS & Android development)
- C# .NET / .NET Core
- Angular
- SQL Server
- Microsoft Azure (App Services, DevOps, APIs)
- CI/CD pipelines
- Docker and Kubernetes
