As a Lead Technical Program Manager in (Insert LOB and/or Sub LOB), you will be responsible for managing technology projects or programs from initiation through implementation, applying multiple software development methods. You will be accountable for managing high-cost budgets that can exceed $50MM, while monitoring progress and adjusting resources and priorities to ensure delivery. You will also ensure that all projects and programs comply with Risk, Architecture, and other firm-wide guidelines. Your leadership capabilities will enable you to coordinate resources, manage interdependencies, and interact with executive leadership and cross-LOB partners to deliver successful outcomes. Additionally, you will coach and mentor less experienced team members and may take on people management responsibilities.

Lead technology projects or programs from initiation through implementation across one or multiple Lines of Business Establish project or program requirements, priorities, and deadlines Manage high-cost budgets for assigned projects and programs, including monitoring progress and adjusting resources and priorities Ensure projects and programs are completed in accordance with Risk, Architecture, and firm-wide guidelines Coordinate resources (staff, equipment, vendors, and consultants) across one or more projects or programs Develop plans and manage interdependencies between development teams and business units Lead medium to large-sized teams within the software development lifecycle Publish project and program status updates and executive reporting Interact with executive leadership and cross-LOB resources to deliver projects and programs Coach and mentor less experienced team members and may include direct people management responsibilities May perform roles such as Scrum Master or Agile Coach Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Expertise in Project Task Estimation and Resource Scheduling Strong experience in Risk and Issue Management Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies Experience with Work Breakdown Structure and Critical Path Method Advanced Stakeholder Management skills and strong Critical Thinking skills, including anticipating problems and mitigating project or program risks Experience in Benefits Management, Budget and Financial Management expertise, including Business Case completion Strong executive communication skills for senior management Fluent in English
