Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices for the team.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Ensure quality through unit testing, CI/CD, and performance optimization.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering knowledge sharing.
• Manage end-to-end SDLC with focus on scalability, security, and maintainability

Job Skills & Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) and React.js.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Proficiency in frontend state management (Redux/Context API).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of design patterns, OOP, and microservices architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
