POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly capable Technical Lead – AI & Platform Engineering to lead the design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of modern cloud-based and AI-enabled platforms.
This role combines hands-on engineering, technical leadership, architecture design, AI integration, DevOps oversight, and product delivery responsibilities.
The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership, product stakeholders, developers, and clients to build scalable, secure, maintainable, and production-ready solutions.
The ideal candidate is not only an excellent developer but also an engineering leader capable of guiding teams, improving standards, and delivering complex technology solutions from concept through production.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Leadership
• Lead and mentor software engineers and development teams
• Establish coding, architecture, testing, and deployment standards
• Conduct code reviews and technical design reviews
• Improve engineering practices and development workflows
• Support technical problem-solving and architectural decision-making
• Promote accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Drive engineering excellence across products and projects
Architecture & Platform Engineering
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable software architectures
• Define multi-tenant SaaS platform architectures
• Design API-first and integration-centric solutions
• Participate in technical planning, solution architecture, and roadmap discussions
• Evaluate technologies and recommend platform improvements
• Ensure long-term maintainability and scalability of systems
Software Development
• Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications and digital platforms
• Build backend services, APIs, integrations, and business logic
• Develop reusable and maintainable software components
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments
• Support continuous improvement and feature enhancements
• Ensure software quality, performance, and security
AI & Intelligent Systems
• Design and implement AI-enabled applications and workflows
• Integrate OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and other AI services
• Support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementations
• Design AI-assisted workflows and automation solutions
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and their business applications
• Support future AI platform and intelligent automation initiatives
DevOps & Cloud Engineering
• Lead cloud deployment and infrastructure initiatives
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Manage containerized deployments and environments
• Support AWS-based infrastructure and services
• Implement monitoring, logging, and deployment best practices
• Improve deployment reliability and operational efficiency
Testing & Quality Assurance
• Establish automated testing practices
• Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies
• Support regression testing and quality validation
• Improve software quality metrics and defect reduction initiatives
• Ensure production readiness before release
Product Delivery & Ownership
• Own technical delivery of assigned products and platforms
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in product planning and roadmap discussions
• Ensure successful execution of development initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business value
• Drive projects from architecture through deployment and support
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
• Participate in technical discussions with clients and stakeholders
• Support product demonstrations and presentations
• Provide technical recommendations and solution guidance
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 7–12 years of professional software development experience
• Experience leading software engineering teams
• Strong analytical, architectural, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
