IT Technical Analyst (Stream 1 : Salesforce Developer / Stream 2 : Integration Developer)

Qualifications

• Education : Graduation from a two‑year program of study from a recognized post‑secondary institution with acceptable specialization in computer science, information technology, information management or another specialty relevant to the position.
• Experience – Stream 1 (Salesforce Developer) :
  • Experience programming with popular web technologies (e.g., Angular, React, Vue, or other Java frameworks), or programming with Salesforce (e.g., Lightning Web Component, Omni). Proficiency demonstrated in a professional environment.
• Experience – Stream 2 (Integration Developer) :
  • Experience working with Java programming, Apache Camel, or Spring Boot/Spring Framework in a professional environment.
• Knowledge :
  • Code version control and industry standard development practices.
  • Information and data models.
  • Accessibility and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) – optional asset qualification.
• Behavioral Competencies :

  • Effective Interactive Communication.
• Abilities :
  • Code in an object‑oriented programming or scripting language to develop software solutions.
  • Follow technical documentation and processes to execute work packages.

  • Identify potential security issues (Stream 2 only).
• Asset Qualifications :
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Programming to meet security requirements.
  • Production support and maintenance for an enterprise application.
  • Software development for performance requirements and standards.
  • Experience with Apache Kafka or similar streaming/event‑driven technologies.
  • Experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Containers or Orchestration.
  • Experience with DevSecOps, CICD and pipelines.

Language Requirements

• English Essential.
• English or French Essential.
