About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Lead with expertise in both modern Java/Angular environments and legacy PowerBuilder applications. This role is critical in ensuring seamless operations while driving modernization initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Strategy Leadership: Define and execute strategies across modern (Java/Angular) and legacy (PowerBuilder) platforms.
• Legacy Application Maintenance: Troubleshoot, fix bugs/defects, and add new functionality to PowerBuilder applications
• Migration Stability: Guarantee the stability of PowerBuilder applications throughout the migration lifecycle
• Functional Specification Translation: Convert legacy source code into clear functional specifications for new system development
• Unified Architecture Enforcement: Establish and enforce consistent architectures, processes, and standards across teams

.Qualification

• Strong experience with Java, Angular, and PowerBuilder
• Proven ability to manage both legacy systems and modern application development
• Expertise in system migration, functional specification writing, and architecture governance
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
