Technical Architect, Java, Angular

Overview

Integrated into our Nantes project teams and working closely with our Center of Excellence, you will serve as technical lead and architect on high-stakes systems.

Responsibilities

• Architecture & design: Define and formalize technical architectures (architecture documents, patterns, roadmaps)
• Drive technology choices for Java / Angular environments
• Actively contribute to modernizing architectures (microservices, APIs, containerization…)
• Ensure software quality (code reviews, standards, best practices)
• Define and secure integration and delivery processes (CI/CD)
• Lead Cloud, DevSecOps and application security topics
• Contribute to platform industrialization (automation, CI/CD, observability)
• Participate in initiatives for performance, scalability and resilience
• Contribute to integrating AI into the software delivery pipeline
• Identify and promote concrete use cases (code generation, testing, quality analysis…)

Requirements

• Degree from an engineering school or equivalent
• ≥ 5 years of development experience
• ≥ 3 years as an architect or technical lead
• Excellent command of environments: Java (Spring / Spring Boot), Angular (or equivalent front-end framework)
• Good knowledge of practices: distributed architectures (APIs, microservices), CI/CD, DevOps, Cloud, software quality & security
