We are looking for a
Technical Lead
with solid experience in IT services consulting, focused on
technical and operational delivery management
. This role involves leading technical teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and serving as a key liaison between clients and internal teams. The Technical Lead will ensure that all commitments are met efficiently, in alignment with quality standards, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement practices. Lead technical teams (consultants, engineers, developers, etc.) to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. Monitor team performance, provide ongoing feedback, and implement action plans as needed. Participate in change advisory boards, service reviews, or internal audits related to the project/account. ITIL, ISO). Proven experience leading technical teams in IT services or managed services environments. General understanding of service delivery processes, compliance, and operational excellence. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (depending on client/project needs). Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL, Agile, or similar is highly desirable.
