Overview
Principal Technical Lead, Switchboard & LVDO responsible for electromechanical and electrotechnology innovation across low voltage equipment.
Responsibilities
Drive system integration and lead cross-functional teams ensuring products meet reliability and compliance standards.
Drive technical direction for electromechanical systems, integrating mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.
Provide technical guidance to 10+ manufacturing locations for continuity of business and optimization.
Lead validation and compliance activities ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Lead system design that integrates mechanical and electrical components and innovates electronic control systems and sensor integration to optimize structural and functional design for reliability and performance.
Lead transformative projects that push the boundaries of electromechanical innovation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering, new product development, test & validation, supply chain support and optimization.
Proven experience driving operational efficiency and process optimization projects.
Valid visa required for international travel.
