- 6 10+ years of hands-on experience leading ServiceNow development initiatives.
- Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules, including Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, SAM, and HAM.
- ServiceNow Scripting & Development: Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Jelly scripting, and HTML/CSS for forms and UI customization.
- Workflow & Automation Design: Ability to design and implement automated processes using Flow Designer, Orchestration, business rules, and scheduled jobs.
- CMDB Design & Management: Skills in creating and maintaining CMDB tables, CI relationships, and data normalization to support ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
- Integration Development: Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems and monitoring tools via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and web services.
- Reporting & Dashboard Creation: Ability to build Performance Analytics dashboards, KPIs, and reports using ServiceNow reporting tools and Scripting for advanced analytics.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Analytical skills to diagnose and resolve platform or module issues efficiently.
- Platform Best Practices & Governance: Knowledge of ServiceNow development standards, governance policies, and upgrade considerations.
- Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work effectively with architects, admins, operations teams, and business stakeholders.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Capability to document workflows, scripts, integrations, and configurations for maintainability and BAU support.
Programming Languages / Skills Mapped to Modules:
- ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request): JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, Flow Designer scripting.
