Operating from a modern facility in Newry, they are seeking a motivated Technical Engineer to bridge precision design and real-world project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Utilise SolidWorks/CAD to produce mechanical drawings, plantroom layouts, and schematics. Translate customer specifications into manufacturable designs and Bills of Materials (BOMs). Collaborate with internal workshops, electrical engineers, and external site contractors. Assist with project timelines, line efficiency, and minimizing delivery downtime. Update technical, traceability, and environmental safety compliance documentation. Provide troubleshooting support for on-site field engineering teams. Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline. Strong proficiency in SolidWorks, Solid Edge, or AutoCAD. Practical understanding of mechanical systems and process flow frameworks. Valid UK driving licence for occasional site travel.
