Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale applications and platforms.
- Drive solution architecture, technical design, and development best practices across projects.

- Deliver scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions for business-critical systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to define technical requirements and solution approaches.
- Lead the implementation of system integrations, APIs, and real-time data processing capabilities.
- Perform hands‑on coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
- Manage technical delivery throughout the full software development lifecycle, ensuring quality and timely execution.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership on complex projects and strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, automation, and engineering efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise-level software solutions and large‑scale technology projects.
- Strong expertise in solution architecture, application design, and modern software engineering practices.
- Proven hands‑on full‑stack development experience across both frontend and backend technologies.
- Passion for technology with strong coding skills and the ability to work as a hands‑on technical contributor.
- Experience within banking, financial services, trading platforms, or real‑time transaction systems is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing technical delivery, working with senior stakeholders, and leading cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
