The role: help our customers hit the ground running
We’re looking for a Technical Implementation Associate to join our team and help clients connect their banks, set up payment and reporting flows, and get the most out of our platform from day one. We welcome high performers who thrive in dynamic, client-focused environments.
In this role, you’ll partner with banks to ensure Cobase is up and running quickly connecting banks, configuring payments and reporting, and establishing payment products. Positioned at the intersection of finance, technology, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless start for our clients.
What you’ll do
- Act as the main point of contact for banks during onboarding of our clients
- Coordinate bank integrations with both client stakeholders and bank teams
- Establishing technical connectivity such as SWIFT, SFTP, EBICS and API
- Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with our support and product teams when needed
- Gather and share feedback to improve our platform and services
- Partner with some of worlds most dynamic finance teams and banks
What we’re looking for
- Result-oriented mindset with a “get things done” approach
- Strong communication skills and a structured way of working
- Fluent in English and at least one other language
- Comfortable working with technology, banking, or finance tools
- Ability to engage confidently with both IT and Finance stakeholders
- Prior experience in treasury, payments, ERP, or financial implementation is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Hands-on, proactive, and eager to take ownership
