Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Implementation Lead (m/f/d) (unlimited, full-time) Join our team at our location in Heerenveen or Verl – flexible working conditions available
In this role, you will:
Lead and develop the Technical Implementation team, driving performance, engagement, and continuous growth.
Own the end-to-end delivery of technical client and partner implementations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Leading the transformation of the Technical Implementation team by evolving its operating model, capabilities, and ways of working to support Riverty's future growth and strategic direction.
Provide leadership across cross-functional initiatives by collaborating closely with Product, Commercial, Partner Management, and Operations.
Drive operational excellence through data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and the adoption of automation and AI.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Informatics or a similar field or equivalent practical experience.
Several years of experience in Technical Implementation, Solution Engineering, Client Onboarding, Technical Consulting, or a comparable customer-facing technical role within FinTech, Payments, SaaS, or eCommerce.
Strong understanding of API-based integrations, enterprise client onboarding, system integration lifecycles, testing, and implementation governance. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Postman, API documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger), and CRM platforms is an advantage.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders, and influence decisions across Product, Commercial, Sales, Risk, Engineering, and Operations.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with a proactive, hands-on mindset, strong ownership, structured problem-solving, and the ability to create clarity in complex environments.
Fluent in English (written and spoken). German and / or Dutch is a plus.
