Technical Lead Java, Angular JS, Node JS

Job Title

Having experience in J2EE applications design and development for Insurance domain.

Responsibilities

Candidate should have:

• Ability to quickly gain a working knowledge of the technical environments in which the system operates
• Provides expert programming and/or analysis skills for specific systems assignments.
• Ability to design solutions to meet business needs that reflect a clear understanding of the objectives as well as the technology
• Can articulate technical solutions and work with architects and developers to create an efficient and effective application design
• Acts as the interface between the systems and the technical support areas when additional technical support is required.
• Have extensive experience and ability to facilitate application design/development process
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to tailor message to different audiences.
• Worked in SAFe and TDD practices

Strong Unit Testing experience

Requirements

Must:

• Experience with JDK 1.6 or higher.
• Experience with Application Servers such as Websphere Liberty.
• Experience with SOAP, REST Web services, Experience with Spring, Hibernate, JMS, XML, XSD, XSLT
• Experience with Oracle or other RDBMS database
• Should be having strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills
• Understand test driven development methodologies and know how to write Junit tests
• Knowledge of different J2EE and core java design pattern and able to apply that in implementation
• Knowledge of database concepts and able to write simple to complex queries
• Hands-on experience using requirements management(Rally), configuration management(SVN, GitHub) and Build/CI tools (Gradle, Ant, Maven, Nexus), IDE (Eclipse), Test Tools (SoapUI, Selenium)
• Should be having excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Deep knowledge of AngularJS and NodeJS practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience

Nice to have:

• Prior experience in Insurance Policy Management frameworks will be an added advantage
• Experience working in xTreme Programming methodology
