Technical Lead - Java React

About the Role As a Technical Lead – Java React , you will play a crucial role in architecting, developing, and optimizing healthcare applications . You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable solutions , providing technical leadership , and ensuring compliance with best industry practices and healthcare regulations (HIPAA) . This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills , along with the ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment .
Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Development Lead end-to-end software development , ensuring high-quality, bug-free releases.
Understand business requirements and define robust technical solutions .
Research, design, develop, debug, and test applications.
Guide the development team in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Ensure applications are optimized for performance, security, and scalability .
Frontend Development (React.js) Develop and implement highly responsive user interfaces using React.js concepts .
Convert business logic into engaging UI/UX with modern frontend frameworks.
Monitor and improve frontend performance and usability.
Work with React Hooks, CSS, Bootstrap, HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript , and Jest for UI testing.
Backend Development (Java & Microservices) Build and maintain robust Java-based microservices using Spring Boot .
Develop secure and scalable RESTful APIs and service layers .
Work with JUnit for unit testing and enable performance tuning when needed.
Optimize backend architecture to ensure high availability and responsiveness .
Database & Infrastructure Design and maintain PL/SQL-based databases (Oracle 11g) .
Work on Windows/Linux environments for application deployment.
Manage CI/CD pipelines and work with tools like Jira, Git, Jenkins, NPM, Yarn .
Collaboration & Compliance Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery.
Lead discussions with business/IT users to gather requirements and write technical specifications .
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other healthcare data security standards .
Identify areas of improvement and suggest innovative solutions.
Mandatory Skills & Expertise Backend: Java 7/8/11, JUnit, Spring Boot, Microservices, Service API.
Frontend: ReactJS, React Hooks, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, Bootstrap, Jest.
Database: PL/SQL, Oracle 11g.
OS: Windows, Linux.
Project & Code Management: Jira, Git, Jenkins, NPM, Yarn.
Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze existing code, troubleshoot efficiently, and provide innovative solutions.
