My client is a software innovation leader that capitalizes on a global network of innovation centers. With teams across Europe, US and HK, the company. They offers a comprehensive range of customized solutions within the industry, and working close with teams in different regions. My client is expanding the team in HK and looking for a Technical Lead / Lead Software Engineer to join the team. Fluent in English is a must.
Responsibilities
Assume a leadership role in the design of architectural solutions.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and provide reviews and recommendations.
Contribute to project planning and design processes.
Lead and oversee the technical aspects of a dedicated team.
Perform analysis and programming tasks as required.
Assist in establishing and maintaining development cycle guidelines.
Play a key role in resolving technical challenges faced by project teams.
Provide guidance and mentorship to fellow programmers.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring junior developers.
Minimum of 8 years of programming experience.
Self‑motivated and proactive, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Strong expertise in microservice development on various cloud platforms.
Knowledge of security, infrastructure, coding best practices, and CI/CD.
Possess a solid technical acumen combined with a strong business mindset.
