Job Brief
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and project scope.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of code deliverables, identifying and addressing issues promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into the development process.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
Job Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Java Technical Lead, Senior Java Developer, or similar role within the technology sector.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience in Java/Python and related technologies (Spring, JPA, Java EE, etc.).
- Have experience in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of software development tools and practices, including version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
- Experience with GRPC and REST.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Passion for understanding and solving customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences.
