Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, and API development to lead the design, development, and support of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, drive best practices, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise Java applications.
- Develop and support RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and Microservices.
- Build scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
- Deploy and troubleshoot applications running on OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).
- Implement secure application architecture using SSL, JWT, KeyStore, and TrustStore.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Perform code reviews, mentor developers, and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Maven, and Docker.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and coordinate with onshore/offshore development teams.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development.
- Strong expertise in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and SOAP Web Services.
- Experience with Docker, OpenShift (OCP), Jenkins, Git, Maven, and Redis.
- Strong understanding of application security, SSL, JWT, KeyStore, and TrustStore.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft Azure experience.
- Experience leading distributed onshore/offshore teams.
- CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
